Conde Favela Sextet

The Conde Favela Sextet celebrates the 60th anniversary of Baden Powell and Vinicius de Moraes' iconic album, 'Os Afro-Sambas'. The sextet reinterprets the melodies, expanding and deconstructing their harmonic and rhythmic possibilities. They incorporate jazz elements like improvisation, solos, and tempo variations to create unique arrangements.
