Victor Frankenstein, a circus owner, and his clown assistants attempt a revolutionary experiment to create the greatest attraction of all time, inadvertently bringing a grotesque creature to life. Tortured by guilt, Victor becomes obsessed with making the monster the ultimate spectacle, unaware of its escape. The show features a rock'n'roll musicality with live instruments played by the characters, blending science fiction, fantasy, tragedy, comedy, and freak show elements.
