Atabaque Experience - Artisanal Music

The Museum A CASA do Objeto Brasileiro presents an Atabaque Experience with luthier Luiz Poeira, in dialogue with the 'Música Artesanal' exhibition. This immersive workshop explores the ancestral knowledge behind the instrument's preparation, maintenance, and tuning, as well as its cultural and historical contexts. It's a unique opportunity to connect with the tradition, musicality, and ancestry embedded in the atabaque's construction. The activity is free upon registration.
