Collection Within: (De)constructing Imaginaries of Brazil

In dialogue with Brazil's September 7th holiday, this edition of 'Acervo Adentro' invites reflection on the imaginaries of Brazil constructed and transformed throughout history. Led by curator Yuri Quevedo, the visit explores how different images of territory, identity, and nation were produced by Brazilian art, drawing from works in the 'Pinacoteca: Acervo' exhibition. It critically examines which narratives and perspectives were historically privileged or erased. The meeting point is the Octógono at Pina Luz, with no prior registration required.
