São Paulo's intense urbanization led to archaeological discoveries during subway construction. This lecture will present key archaeological sites found during the Line 6-Laranja Metro works, including the Pompéia and Saracura/Vai-Vai sites. The activity will discuss how these findings expand knowledge about the city's formation and highlight archaeology's role in preserving São Paulo's diverse history.
