Report Launch: Climate & Care

Attend the launch of the 'Climate & Care' report, a publication by the Climate Observatory's Gender & Climate Justice Working Group, through the Defensoras por Defensoras program. This report documents the stories and knowledge of women who resist violence, the climate crisis, and state absence in their territories. It is a follow-up to a 2024 exhibition at the Museum of Tomorrow (RJ) and aims to answer what women who stay behind actually do. The initiative, which began in 2021, provides a virtual space for listening, training, and recognizing women defending their lands.
